Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your terminal until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser during your next visit.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, accept cookies for certain cases or generally exclude them and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. 1.2 Protocols

Our provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us when you visit our website. These data are browser type, browser version, operating system used, original website, date, time, computer name and IP address.

In the event of technical problems, e.g. in the area of security, these protocols are evaluated. The logs are deleted after six weeks.

1.3 Statistics

Separately from personal data, we collect statistical data using the logs that document usage. With the help of these procedures, we determine, for example, which parts of our offer are used most frequently.

At no time do we specifically observe our users as identifiable persons. When you visit our website, your usage data is included in the statistical surveys without allowing any conclusions to be drawn about you as a person.

Personal data is only required for its creation and is deleted immediately afterwards.

The basis for data processing is a legitimate interest (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f DSGVO).

1.4 Inquiries

We process personal data that you send us by contact form, e-mail, telephone, fax, letter or personally. The data is stored by us for the processing of the inquiry and possible follow-up questions. Of course, we do not pass on this data without your consent, with the exception of points 1.5 and 2.

The data will be deleted after the request has been processed or, at the latest, after the end of the contract if we do not have any storage obligations for the request.

Basis for the data processing is your consent, the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a or b DSGVO).

1.5 Performance of contract

We process your personal data in order to fulfil obligations arising from a contract with you and to be able to perform the contract with you.

The processing of your personal data for the fulfilment and execution of the contract also includes the transfer of your personal data to third parties who support us in the execution of the contract.

The data will be deleted at the latest after the end of the contract if we do not have any storage obligations.

Basis for the data processing is the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b DSGVO).

1.6 Applications

The personal data you provide as part of an application will be collected, processed and used for the purpose of deciding on the establishment of an employment relationship. The provision of your personal data is necessary for the handling of the application process and for the decision on the establishment of an employment relationship. In the event of non-availability, it is unfortunately not possible for us to take you into account when selecting candidates for the advertised position. An automated decision-making process is not carried out.

Your application documents will be stored by us for the duration of the application process and will also be kept for 3 months so that we can answer any questions you may have. The documents will be deleted after this period has elapsed. Documents sent in by post will be returned or destroyed after 3 months.

Only after your express written or telephone consent will we store your data until revoked in order to be able to contact you in the future about job offers within our company that are of interest to you.

Data processing is based on pre-contractual measures (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b DSGVO in conjunction with Article 88 DSGVO).

1.7 Fulfilment of a legal obligation

We process your personal data in order to comply with legal obligations to which we are subject (for example in the context of tax investigations or criminal investigations). This may also include the disclosure of data to third parties (such as public prosecutors, courts or tax authorities).

The basis for data processing is the fulfilment of a legal obligation. (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c DSGVO).

2. Transmission

In principle, we use your personal data only within our company. If and to the extent that we transfer personal data to third parties within the framework of the performance of contracts, such personal data will only be provided to the extent that the transfer is necessary for the corresponding service.

In the event that we outsource certain parts of the data processing ("order processing"), we contractually oblige order processors to use personal data only in accordance with the requirements of the data protection laws and to guarantee the protection of the rights of the person concerned. There is no transfer of data to entities or persons outside the EU and there are no plans to do so.

3. Rights

As a data subject, you have various rights under the DSGVO, which arise in particular from Articles 15 to 18 and 21 of the DSGVO.

Some data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke your consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal e-mail notification to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Within the framework of the applicable statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time for this and other questions on the subject of personal data.

You have the right to have data which we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another responsible person, this will only be done as far as it is technically feasible.

You have the right to appeal to the competent supervisory authority.

4. Security

We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can be subject to security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to change our privacy policy if necessary due to new technologies or legal requirements. Please make sure you have the latest version. If any material changes are made to this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on our website at https://www.3d-mapping.de/privacy-policy/.
